The FOURTH annual vendor-neutral channel awards for the entire Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) theatre take place in Monte Carlo on February 9th 2012. The 'EMEA Channel Academy: 2012 Awards', which are held in conjunction with the DISTREE EMEA channel conference, celebrate excellence in the volume IT & CE channel.

More than 1000 senior executives from the EMEA distribution, retail and vendor community are set to attend the 'EMEA Channel Academy: 2012 Awards'. In the run-up to the awards distributors, retailers and vendors across EMEA submit forms to compile a shortlist of five nominees in each category. The final winners are determined by a live electronic vote at the awards Gala Dinner on February 9th 2012.

We’re delighted to once again host the ‘EMEA Channel Academy: 2012 Awards’ as part of the DISTREE EMEA conference programme. These awards offer unique insight into how vendors and distributors are perceived in the regional channel through an open and neutral nomination process followed by a live electronic vote.

The methodology behind the awards is highly effective. Hundreds of distributors across EMEA nominate their preferred vendors by category, while vendor executives with EMEA responsibility, nominate their preferred distributors by sub-region.
